Retired and looking for an apartment or small house for myself and my (well trained) dog.
Plan to arrive mid-September from the east coast. My son lives in San Diego and can make advance arrangements on my behalf.
Not looking for resort or upscale - just clean and safe, priced consistent with my SS retirement. I have lived in Mexico before (3 years in the
