Bodyshop Recomendations?

I put a dent in the rear quarter panel of my 2002 Ford E350 campervan at the beginning of the summer. I don't want to deal with insurance as they'll push to total the van and the quotes I'm getting to get the work done locally are up there & have me looking at alternative solutions.

I've had amazing luck with repairs down south, I was wondering if anyone has a shop in Tijuana that does body work that they could recommend?
