Playa San Pedrito

A lady friend and I took a day trip to San Pedrito Yesterday, a pleasant drive from La Paz. The day camping fee was $20 pesos, when I protested to the gringo that it we only wanted to access the beach, he pointed out that they were furnishing bathrooms. Ok

The camping and beach area didn't seem well maintained. Sorta looked like an under-crowded refugee camp. The campers must have salvaged their shades from the nearby dump, ragged, tattered and mis-matched.

A kid was surfing nearby, looked like he was having fun even though the runs were pretty short.

As always the fish taco place at the curve in the highway (Todos Santos) was excellent. Over the years the food has improved and the menu is more complete, prices overall good.
